Imaging Systems
  A computerised system which converts a paper based document into an electronic image which can be stored in a computer system. Imaging systems are an emerging technology for financial institutions but have already found many applications in credit and documentation processes. In the U.S. financial institutions have consistently increased their expenditure on imaging systems:
